Wintermute bug stopping me from progressing

I had gotten the key no. 7 instructed by the grey mother. I went into the vault and unlocked the no. 7 deposit box...but there is no safety deposit box inside. Just cash and 2 flare shells?? I'm confused and cant progress. Ive tried restarting form the checkpoint but the outcome is always the same...no safety deposit box. Any help is much appreciated.

You found an optional safety deposit key(4 in total) the one you need to find is #15 which you'll find at the farm.

again #7 is not the story related key, you found that somewhere else, If I remember correctly the #7 key was in a house under a bed in Milton, you need to head to the farm and check the vase on the fireplace for the #15 key.

Ah ok, i just assumed that no.7 was the key needed, as it is the first number. Thanks for the help
