darkstarmike
This would be a craft-able alternative to the rifle cleaning kit. It would have fewer and/or less effective uses, and crafting materials might include cured leather or rabbit-skin, scrap metal, cat tail heads, and lamp oil (kerosene can be used as a field expedient gun-cleaner IRL). darkstarmike
PS: some kind of improvised whetstone might be good as well

ThudYeo
Kerosene and cloth to make an improvised rifle cleaning kit. An SMLE has a built in cleaning rod, all you need is a solvent oil and cloth to clean it. Tear it into tiny strips and you can run-through the barrel.
