i can't take 15 key

Hi. my problem is taking the key number 15 of the bank. This is inside a vase on the farm, in the village of milton.al move the cursor over the vase I can not interact with this. I've been doing it for two days and I do not know what to do

The old lady has to tell you where it is first.  You are not allowed to jump ahead in the story.  Go complete more of her quests.

It is a quest item, so you need to get that quest from Grey Mother first, do other quests for her and sooner than later you will get the quest where you need that key .
