Smokeless Fire on PS4 Version?

As the title suggest there is a complete lack of smoke from campfires and from any other similar types on PS4 though the Xbox1 and PC versions have the Flames roaring with a Smokey added effect so I am curious why this is the case for Sony’s Version?
