This is the crate under the loft in the Forge Barn of Forlorn Musk.  Same was true of the crate upstairs.  V1.19

Pretty sure these things are supposed to be under the crate.  I've noticed the same in older versions when exploring Timberwolf Mtn crates.  Somehow, placement is consistently off for me.  Maybe all.
