Episode 2; RiskOfInfec mission won't update

Has anybody else had this issue, or have a solution?  I have searched the dam, found and unlocked the Aid station.  So Carter Dam Medical Supplies are in my collectibles inventory but the mission did not update.  Searching the locker again did nothing; entering the trapper's cabin didn't progress the story; closing and restarting didnt work....sigh...

It's been a while since i did the story mode but I do recall something, I think you have to deliver the meds to the old trapper? Then it should progress maybe.

It should trigger a cutscene when you enter Jeremiah's cabin, have you tried to talk with him? If that dosen't trigger the quest to update, then i have no other solution than try to load a earlier save.
