suggestion Railway/Railcars

I know this is a BIG IF, but here goes:  allow us to "repair/clear" portions of the rail-line and use rail-cars (I'm thinking the truck in front of the Dam) to move from one area to another.

Maybe we could at least get one of those hand-powered cars that you see in old cartoons?

I would like to see someone fix any of the actual issues on the track, or attempt to clear out any of them derailments.

This makes next to no sense, and I really don't see that much use for the track unless you were using it to speed through to the Forlorn furnace.

This seems like a giant waste of development time that is not very realistic, and would not offer much of a reward.

Props for the idea, but I don't see that happening.

Yup.. good luck finding a 100-ton crane! (let alone one in working condition)

 

And as for the player "repairing" the damaged lines.. only someone who's never tried lifting a piece of railway track on their own would even suggest such a thing.
(hint: even if it's only as long as you are tall, you won't even be able to pick it up)
