question Someone please help me with bear problem

I killed the bear and get the THE OLD BEAR'S EAR but when I back to Jeremiah's house. Nothing happened. No cut scene triggers. 
the old bear's ear still in my collectibles. I can still see it. 
is this a bug? 
please help me to deal with this. 

I love this game so much. But this bug make me soooooo sad.

Are you playing on Windows, Mac, Linux, Xbox or PS4? What patch version are you using?

Win10, steam version, v1.15.

Hmm.. I thought this had recently been fixed, hence my question about patch version.. but looking back through all the patch notes, a couple of other bear's ear related bugs had been fixed, but not this specific problem.. so it looks like it's definitely another bug.

I'd recommend you report it using the proper channel. (Note that you don't need to make an account to make a report.. just click on the red "Create" button.) You should attach a copy of your game-save file for them to check. You can find the save file in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Hinterland\TheLongDark. Assuming you only have the one playthrough running, it will be named "ep2story1".

I completed the quest and I can no longer gain more trust, as soon as I went in the cabin the cut scene started, after that I couldn't interact with him anymore. I still have the ear, I don't think I went out of went out of the path during the hunt, I can't remember that I did.

No cut scene or anything. I'm also not showing the ear in my collection. So, I went back to the bear to see if I overlooked something. I skinned it out and took some meat. Made the trek all the way back to Jeremiah and same thing happens. Hopefully there's a fix.

Here, I think some one got the same bug as me. Got bear ear but no cut scene play.

Well, now it's just a matter of twiddling your thumbs until Hinterland get it sorted. I'd suggest you spend your time playing Survival Mode instead, while you wait.
