Wolf Flare

This looked pretty cool, not sure if it was meant to happen or what? anyone else seen this recently?

I was in the scene where you first meet the crazy eyed aura wolves, shot one missed it, flare went  to ground. Shot another flare stuck

I could see the wolf go up the mountain region followed by his pack. Not sure if this an intentional game play but yeah I liked it? I think before updates I actually killed one, but it disappeared when i saved.

It is fun.  And I think intentional.  Of course doing this at night is the best.  And killing bears with flares is the ultimate.
