Idea for new region

Hi community, I was wondering what you guys might think of my idea for a new region that could be added to the game. After reading the dev diary, it is exciting that the game is going to be updated in survival mode as well. An idea for a new region that could be added is as follows.

If you look at the map of great bear I attached that was made by the devs, you can see a large road on the right side of the island. I think it would be a good idea to add another very large region, about Pleasant valley sized, encompassing a large part of the highway. What I think should be done is fixing the broken bride at the end of Desolation point, which connects to this long, thin zone. A few ideas for what could be put into the map would be exit signs that say what you might find there, like a rest stop would be cool. A couple other key structures could be a small town with a school and maybe a restaurant (country diner type thing) along with houses, a dock, and a large farm. Perhaps also some industrial facility or plant could be added as well, as I always find those fun to explore. I think this region would be interesting and it would provide a long experience of initial exploration, and also have cool and interesting structures to explore as well. Tell me what you guys think.

Maybe not THAT much being there would be cool. Have it be named the Abandoned Highway. Littered with cars everywhere! But not too many because not many people live on Great Bear anyways. A rest stop is a good idea, maybe a little souvineer shop. A radio tower on the cliffside to the left of the highway. Maybe a little shed here and there. But nothing too serious. 

I actually think they might make that into a region. Because after looking into the game files and using mods I noticed some hints that Wintermute may take us to Coastal Highway and Desolation Point. And a region like that would be perfect for getting to Perserverance Mills which I believe is that Pink region to the North. 

Another idea for a region I have is either Rupert's Landing as mentioned by Jeremiah or Port Mary as we see in the History of Milton entry in our journal. Port Mary might be the coastal area of that Pink region too. You never know.

I'm glad you like the idea for the region. I think not having all of what I listed would be a good idea like you said, those are just suggestions for things that could be put in. Thanks for the input!
