Its the shed in the story mode where you fix Jeremiah's rifle. I saw it before the event and was confused till I learned during the custscene that they hate electrical light.

No, as @MarrowStone said it's in Story Mode at the maintenance yard, above the bed in that sort of outside room part of the building.

and remember the quest where you go to the lodge he says they hate the light referring to the wolves during the auora period that hate it and will not attack you in it making lights a safe zone so he was quoting it
