Wet clothing status

I think update 1.09 might have broken something because half of my clothing was wet pretty much 100% and my pants were frozen 100%, it was night time and my body temperature was falling down only by rate of one 'arrow' but here is the thing i went to place where i had wind cover and my body temperature started to go up by one 'arrow'. I was outdoors the whole time. I haven't tested it in survival mode yet if it happens in it too.

Alright i remembered amount of wet clothing wrong earlier. But the thing is in wind cover my body temperature goes up.

Kind of in the name: your clothing gets wet and frozen when in a storm, and in Forlorn Muskeg (at least in story) you can fall through the ice and get 100% frozen instantly.

 Being out of the wind can significantly increase the 'feels like' temperature (negates any wind chill values). Depending on what the ambient temperature was at the time, it is possible for your temperature to go up when out of the wind, even with wet clothes and perhaps enough that your frozen clothes to begin to thaw.
