Lost progress, help

Hello. Then i am completed 1st episode, I watched the movie, after which the game crashed. I re-entered the game and I only had the "New Game" button. I lost all my things. What can I do? PC platform

This just happened to me last night after the 1.8 update on PS4.

It has been reported that the newest update does not entirely fix the save data issue. (https://hinterlandgames.atlassian.net/browse/TLDP-3628) I'm sure we will see a fix for this in the coming days. It seems to happen more rarely on PC, in fact this is the first time I've heard of it.
