Is this a bug?

I died a lot of times in this game, so i had to start a new sandbox all the time. Sometimes when i started it, there were not any wolves for like 5 days and i visited a lot of areas, but not any wolf. And sometimes when i started a new sandbox there were like 2 wolves in every area of the map...

Probably not a bug. the wolf population may vary at the start of any game, or you just may have been unlucky and not seen any wolves at the start, or they were shy and fled before you noticed them. Either way, I doubt this is a bug. But for the next time, simply post it in the Alpha-Bug section. Developers will gladly have a look at that and tell you wether it is a bug or not.
