#216 Fog ending - abrupt transition

I noticed, as of Oct. 2, that the transition that ends the foggy skies can sometimes be abrupt. Instead of fading from foggy to clear, it pops. Particularly jarring when it happens at dawn or dusk, as the fog makes things especially dark, and then when it pops away you suddenly have a light sky - it's almost like the clock went forward/back a few hours.

I said it can sometimes be abrupt, but I just played again and noticed that it is always happening when fog ends. The fog start transition seems correct (fading in).
