Fixed in.v136 - Key binding looks strange - game stuck

How to reproduce:

fullscreen > 1280x720 > ultra settings > starting game > options > key bindings (many keys are rendered as hollow boxes!) >

trying to change the key - no feedback, on any press on any key default change key sound doubles/echoed, and game stuck

screenshot functionality is working!
