GorillaDust
Any time I try to burn an unread book I get a pop-up that warns me before I do it. But behind the popup the firestarting animation starts. Then when I say OK (regardless of whether I do it right away or wait for the fire to start behind the popup) the firestarting animation REstarts from the beginning. It's a little annoying on Stalker. But it's critical on Interloper because the second animation uses a second match and tinder plug!
Support
Just want to double check as I've not seen this issue right away when trying to reproduce - Are you using a standard Xbox controller? Just want to narrow down what I might be doing differently on my end.
GorillaDust
@Support Sorry, just saw this response. Assuming you mean a Microsoft-made controller, yes I am using a standard Xbox controller.
ArcherAC3
I can confirm this is happening to me as well. It has to be an unread book. The screen telling you you didn't read it will pop up. If you press A to accept it, the firing start animation will begin in the background, but this popup screen will remain there. You can either press A again, restarting the animation and the progress bar but hiding the screen, or you can wait for the animation to finish and the screen will dissapear on it's own without restarting the fire start progress.
