Minor Visual Bugs with Light Sources

Recently, I noticed that the light from flares was off-centre. To clarify, the light from the flare wasn't coming from the flare - it was hovering above it. The same happens for torches, but is less evident. The light from the torch seems to not be emitted by the torch, but coming from slightly to its right. Also, when you look up while holding a lit flare, the light turns almost vertical.
