Brand duplicating

PC, Windows 7, v393 - in CH in one of the cabins in the Fishing Camp, I placed a burning brand in one of the drawers. It duplicated - one appeared inside the drawer (still burning), the other one as if dropped on the floor. The latter can be seen to the right - I was standing there when I put it in mthe drawer:
