TLD chrashes at launch

Hello everybody

I bought TLD at the last sale on steam and the game won´t start. I hit start, loads for a long time, the TLD sign pops up at the windows task list, I click on it, screen turns black, after clicking again, white and the game crashes. I´ve tried everything from re-installing the game, forcing direct9x, starting in windowd-mode, updating all drivers, starting the file itself with admin rights, and so on. Still not working.

I am using Windows 7 32Bit Home Premium, Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.20GHz 3.21GHz, 4GB Ram (only the are able to be used), NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT

Yeah, I know not the brightes gaming machine but it should do the minimum performance, right?

I appreciate any help, because I would hate to return the game.
