Scared wolves/deers can run through the player with no effect

I was at cave where there was a wolf there, he attacked me, I stabbed him, I was in tight corrider and the wolf kept running around the place, even towards to me without attacking me at all and so on. The issue is, if a wolf ran to you, he is supposed ot attack you again, he cant just run through my legs and leave.

Same goes to deers, they sometimes run towards to you and do not cause any hurt at you at all which in real life it would cause severe damage due to their tough heads or something. Seems like they are non-static objects.
