Invisible arrow stuck in the wall at the dam

There's an invisible arrow stuck in the wall above the corpse inside Carter Hydro Dam, just before the door leading to the upper level. I first noticed it playing Hopeless Rescue challenge, and now during Nomad. I don't know if it happens in other challenges/difficulties as well.

I forgot to take a debug screenshot but the location should be pretty clear anyway.

The broken arrows are usually in the door to the left of the screenshot, on the left side of the door.  The shadow appears to indicate you are standing right next to an arrow, like sticking out in your face-ish.  Are you sure you weren't just clicking in the wrong spot?

I'll start a pilgrim run and take a better look, maybe I missed something.

Yeah sorry about that... I'm an idiot. 

The arrow is stuck on the door, it only has an unusually large hitbox so when you stand under it and look at the wall above the corpse, it looks like there's an invisible arrow on the wall.
