v .386 Snow inside building

I found a minor graphic bug. There is now inside a building where it shouldn't and can't be. The temperature is above 0°C too.

I think its just for looks to suggest frost forming on cold metal, it is on almost all of those in basements.and the interiors used to be colder when the maps first came out

Not sure if these "small details" are bugs. Same with different doors (inside/outside). I rather submit those bugs so Hinterland can decide to either work on it or not.

Well, if you believe something might possibly be a bug, please post in on the bug forums or - even better - on the bug database:

That's where the only people who know for sure if it's intended (= the Devs responsible for bug reports) will have a look at the issue.
