Stuck after trying to pick up storm lantern from floor

After dropping all my gear in a fishing cabin, I can no longer pick my lanterns up. Video explains it all.

  • Dropped lanterns(close together, I just dropped everything from the backpack, did not place them manually).
  • Picked up everything BUT the lanterns and when I do - I am completely stuck. Character not responding to any movement input. Spacebar menu works.
  • PC, Windows 10. G3258@4400MHz, 750ti, 8GB ram. 
  • EDIT: if I just leave the game running the match burns "forever"
