Dropped items next to work bench in Hibernia are sometimes non recoverable.

Dropped some simple arrows I just created and I could not pick them back up. There is part of the floor next to the workbench in Hibernia that is different and seems kind of raised so items drop under it. Larger items can be picked up but you see that they clip through anyways. Small things like arrows, arrowheads, etc are likely not pickupable if dropped there.

Edit: Tested a little more and there may be a second bug where if you drop a bunch of arrows at the same time by clicking "drop all" it only drops one arrow that you can pick back up and the rest are nowhere to be found.

Is this where the floor seems to have a bunch of corrugated metal lying on the floor that won't let you walk on it sometimes?  Seems like an area that has been causing issues and may have been mentioned in the past....

Yes exactly. I just drop stuff on the normal floor next to the stairs if needed.

There's quite a few places in Hibernia where the uneven floor hides whatever you drop on it, it's not just the places with the metal plates on top of the floor. If you happen to drop an object that's too flat on those places, they end up hidden by the floor itself instead of lying on it.

I walked around holding a piece of reclaimed wood (as it has bits sticking out which makes it easy to see how/where they sink in the floor) to spot them and F8'ed them.

There's also a bit of a step that you need to walk around despite being apparently only 1 inch high. Screenshotted that too ((-5, 2,   -17) one).
