Right now we have the condition only as your HP or your "death meter" even if you die for different reasons. But in case we get a more realistic medical/health system, I don't believe, as I think someone has said here in another forum, that a Stim would do anything but make you die faster if you're dying due to bleeding. Now if you're tired or need an temporary adrenaline boost to move faster or run from a predator, or even to be able to stand a blizzard or climb a rope in your last breath it would come in handy as an emergency item. The only time I used the emergency stim is when I fell through the ice in CH.Got hypothermia and barely survived I even expected it to increase body temperature but it didn't.
