Ability to jump/climb

There are several places in the game I have found that would have been very accessible by a reasonable person...if they had the ability to jump or climb. Not sure if this has been thought about or discussed - or even how easy it would be to code, but it would make the game play more realistic.

it has been mentioned before, but most people agree it will not bring much to the game.

What I would say is useful would be the ability to mantle objects, and to drop prone. Jumping IRL doesn't give that much height, the only use I can think for it would be running jumps across roofs and narrow mountain ledges

I think it would help with immersion. Sometimes I find my self trying to climb a rock to get a view over the valley I just trekked through and find my self spamming the space bar to find no result. And just last night I was in the hydro plant trying to jump off a set of stairs to escape a wolf attack, but as you may guess I died and felt pretty frustrated.
