Aldi14ua
During my last venture to the Mystery Lake I remembered of the Sandbox Roadmap's mid and long-terms. So I wonder when the in-game spring/summer hits, ice melts? Fishing huts drown down? For some reason this thought amuses me xD.

Hatchet
They're stacked on boats that are frozen under the water?
Tbone555
my understanding of most fishing huts, is that they are secured to the bottom of the lake by large poles. this makes it so that when the ice is melted, they dont just sink, and when it is frozen, you can use them without having to move them back out. however, there are floating fishing huts which you put out before the water freezes, then they are frozen in place when it does. however, after the ice melts, they have to be pulled back in via rope and stored for next winter. Actually, they are pulled off the ice once it gets warmer and then stores from what I've heard. Might be a good thing to use a horse on, I guess, since it's on the long-term roadmap. Wastelander
It would be interesting to know what happens to those we can't rescue before the thaw though - they're made of wood, so they'll at least float a bit but most likely capsizing. Would be funny to have ruins of rotten wood-huts on the ice next year.
slvrsrfr
Not sure what I saw or where, or how, or if it is possible even. Mystery Lake unfrozen? I swear I have seen it, people call me crazy. Help?
