2C heat output fire providing +30C feels like benefit

Hi all,

I've noticed that even when it's extremely cold in the game, with a "Feels like" stat is showing temperatures of -20C, starting a fire consisting of a single stick will bring that up to around +10C. I don't remember this kind of behaviour before, so is this intentional?

I've noticed this on Stalker and Whiteout challenges.
