Sounds like you have a bad install, have you tried reinstalling or verifying the games cache? 

 

It's looking for that DLL which is used for audio, and for some reason it's not finding it where it's expected to live.

I installed in Steam.I tried reinstalling and verifying the games cache.But the game Just keep a black screen and no problem game cache
