Quotations in German have English & German quotation marks

• Quotations in German have English & German quotation marks
• When starting a new sandbox, various quotes will appear before the level loads.  These quotes begin with English marks " but are immediately followed by German marks „. They should presumably all start and end with German quotation marks „ “.  Note that German close quotes are not the same as English close quotes (currently used, and also appearing incorrectly after the author's name).
• PC
• Start a new sandbox.  Observe any quote shown while the level is loading.
• Screenshot attached.
• Coordinates: N/A
• Visibility: Twice so far.  I don't know if it appears on all strings.

Ich kann daran keinen Fehler finden, Chuk Palahniuk ist eben kein Deutscher und der betreffende Text wurde korrekt übersetzt.

I can´t find any error in the Screenshot, Chuk Palahniuk is not a German Name and the Rest off the Text is correkt translated.
