#180 Movement isn't hindered while aiming the rifle

I ran into this issue last night. I sprained my ankle which when walking normally greatly slows down your movement speed. However when I was aiming with the rifle I am able to move as if I were running. Hills also did not seem to slow me down like they do when running normally.

It seems to be a bug with aiming that any hindrance while moving is ignored as long as you are aiming the rifle and walking around.
