Pacifist Achievement Glitched

Despite surviving 25 days without firing the rifle, shooting the bow, fishing or using snares I was unable to get the Pacifist achievement. Somehow, I killed a wolf without struggling with it or attacking it (see screenshot). As a result, I fell rather bummed out and cheated since I spent a lot of time working towards this achievement only to not get it

Are you saying you had no struggles with wolves at all?  If that is the case, then you should have gotten the achievement since you said you didn't kill anything else.  Your journal says you had 6 wolf struggles, and that can make you lose the achievement because they usually die soon after the struggle.  I do understand your frustration and know what it feels like.  It took me many tries to get this achievement and most of the time it was near the 20 day mark that I would have a wolf attack and it would die after the attack.  I was trying to get it in Stalker mode, but eventually gave in and got it in Voyager.

Wolf struggles do not count against pacifism. However, it's the one wolf whom I didn't interact with that prevented me from getting the achievement. I suspect the wolf ran off a cliff or clipped through some scenery. Either way: annoying

That's very strange that you had a wolf noted as killed, running off cliffs or clipping through scenery wouldn't have killed the wolf. Any chance this happened after being on the test branch?

No, this was pre test branch. I didn't want to risk corrupting my achievement attempts before diving into the test content. Unfortunately, it happened anyways
