Intestinal parasites should affect stamina, not condition

Having less condition barely matters (apart from fighting wolves) while having your stamina capped hurts. A lot. Right now it's quite easy to avoid catching parasites and even when you do, it's "meh. whatever". Capped stamina would be always in a way since you can do less of everything.
