I am playing Pilgrim.

about 60 days in, ate some more bear steaks and got this, what gives? I thought pilgrim players don't get these? it has happened a couple times now as well in a short period of playing.

As in get these, I  refer to HT saying Pilgrim players do not get Cabin fever affliction. ah maybe I just got the normal food posing so all good on that, if I like to die eating bear meat.

Food poisoning has always been a thing. Cabin fever is still a little bugged, you get the warning announcement but not the actual affliction.

As been said, food poisoning is allways been, the cabin fever warning goes to 99 max, but you never get it. You probably thinking of intestinal parasites... which on piligrim you can not get. The food poisoning you got is most likely from the low quality.
