Canadian Beaver
Hi there, I think that there should be some sort of system to increase your character's perceived temperature when you are doing an activity that takes a lot of effort. For example, if I go out and chop wood when it says it feels like -5 deg C to me, I shouldn't be at risk of hypothermia after 2 hours. In fact, I'm probably going to overheat and have to take off clothes in order to avoid overhaeating. I understand that moisture management isn't exactly a "fun" system, and I'm not suggesting that the Devs should implement one-at least until a 4 seasons rotation is implemented- I do support basically a localized insulation "bubble" for the character during and immediately after hard labour. ColdWinter
There is already a heat bonus when running, not sure if there is also one for other activities like chopping woods. But I agree that it should have a stronger effect. It could be link to the number of calories burn by any effort. For example, chopping woods should give you an extra bonus +7°C, running +3°C... This would rapidly go away when you stop.
