Coffee Thermos Idea

I was on a recent run just now and got lost in a storm then fog. I was running very low on sleep/fatigue, decided to drink my two cups of coffee and thought WTF... this doesn't seem right.

My thoughts have always been how unreal it is how we can carry cups of coffee with us. Seriously it's hard enough carrying a full cup across the room without spilling it :)

Then a simple idea popped up in my thoughts! Wow how cool would it be it we could boil coffee and add to a thermos and or still the mug option.

The game needs a new Hinterland Thermos for those longer travels.

Thermos max. liquid: 4 cups / roughly 1 litre.

here is my idea of a quick screenie I made of the thermos idea - see below.

And how hard can it be to come across thermos jugs in this kind of environment?

The true Thermos jug may not survive, though, as these are typically glass-lined vacuum bottles. However, there are newer versions that are foam insulated or other types of insulation that would work well, too . . .

Depends on how careful you are ^_^

I've got a stainless steel thermos that I've had for years. Good thing it's metal because it has been dropped and banged around more than once! The only downside with a thermos is that it should be more of a Voyager and above item. I don't know if Pilgrim players will enjoying having to wait until you find a thermos in order to have coffee.

I  was hoping / wanting both options cups and or thermos. one issue I see is how do you restrict cups to be indoors only?

You would be able to find them in houses or cars.  No different than finding a glass coffee cup in a microwave.
