I entered Upper Carter Dam during the day and slept into the night. The windows by the main door was still bright despite it being pitch black outside. After I exited and re-entered the area the windows were black as they should be. I haven't tried to reproduce this. Note the time in the screen shot.

OS: MacBook Pro Boot Camped to Windows 7.
