Title Screen Lag/Chop Every 3-5 Minutes

Hey peeps!

While recording segments of the title screen for an introductory video earlier today, I noticed that the video (not the sound) develops substantial chop (drops to less than 1 FPS, about 1 frame every 5-10 seconds) every 3-5 minutes. Just boot up the game, let it sit, maybe start a timer, and wait. Hopefully you should be able to reproduce.
