Crashes during loading

Hi there, I purchased the game three days ago, all was working fine until it updated today, now I open the game and after the command 'press any key to continue' the game crashes.  What info do I need to post on here to resolve this?  I can post the crash files if it helps.  Really want to get this fixed as I want to crack on with the game!

Fixed... although it seemed to load ok, I went into steam/TLD/Properties/Local files/Verify integrity of game cache 

9 files had not loaded properly, these reloaded and the game opens fine
