shoot through a fence ( wire grid)

Hi

I had a little problem yesterday, I woke up in radio control hut in pleasant valley and i see a bear on the other side of a fence ( wire grid)  youhou meat meat meat and fur

He was soooo close ( less than 10 meters i think)  I aim I shoot ..he run away...and no blood on the floor. I follow him and he wasn t hurt... 

 it s impossible I miss him so i think the fence "block" the shot and he run away because of detonation.

I dont know if it s a bug or if it s normal in this game.

The fence does block the shot.  I experimented with this and nothing goes through that fence.  I consider the fence an unfinished item in the game.  I don't know if there are any plans to make it more realistic.
