Stuck on ledge

I was climbing to the summit of TWM when I was out of stamina and fell. I healed my wounds and rested for a couple of hours.  I am now stuck in this spot and there is no way down. If I go off the edge I fall endlessly and never land. I can access the radial accessories, backpack etc and eat and drink and rest on my bed roll but cannot get off this spot.

 

 I attach an output log and hope you can help.

Unfortunately it looks like you fell into an area that could have a kill zone attached to it. Could you please take a screenshot with F8 and attach it to the thread? That will give us the exact location, thanks.

@gothgirl: It's really a pitty that you've already used your bedroll. You might have been able to load an old save otherwise (unless the game saved automatically anyway because you sprained an ankle or something). Now that you've saved your game down there, there's probably no way out again. 

If you get stuck somewhere in the future, it's always best not to sleep (or save the game otherwise) no matter the circumstances. Just quit the game and load an old save if possible. It's always better to lose some hours than to lose the whole game.^^

The shot with the trees/mountains is my view when I turn around on the ledge.  I didn't sleep at that point, I fell and sprained a wrist or something then healed it and then slept. I tried to climb again but that's when I landed on this ledge. I put my bedroll down but didn't use it. I have tried to find an old saved game but can't, so presume I am stuck forever. I have other guys I play as but this was my best one as he had the bearskin bedroll.  Oh well, love it anyway. Thanks

Pressing F8 key only gives me the co-ordinates. To make a screenshot I have to use printscreen on keyboard. To use screenshot to put it in steam I press F12

Now that you mention it, I can see that there are sticks and branches and even grass up there.

The F8 key makes screenshots with the coordinates. The F9 key takes regular screenshots with the HUD, the F10 key takes screenshots at hi-res without the HUD.

Those keys are grayed out in my options (F8 F9 F10)

Are you on a PC or Mac?

F8, F9 and F10 behave differently depending on which OS you are using.

They are greyed out because you are not allowed to remap them.

I have just found lots of screenshots on my desktop. I have the icons hidden. Apologies I didn't realise they saved there.   SORRY. and thanks
