support Not able to play the game at all.

Since the last update, I haven't been able to play the game. It freezes when I try to enter my saved sandbox, or when I try to start a new one. I tried to go to settings in order to lower the visual settings, but they were already at their lowest and when I tried to get back to the main menu, I got another freeze. I don't think my system is to blame.

First thing I would like to get you to do is move your save files out of their save directory - go to c:\users\<yourusername>\appdata\local\

You will see a folder called "Hinterland" just move that folder out to another location, then relaunch the game and try to start a new game. Let me know the results. If it turns out to be your saves, you can also zip up the folder and sent it to support@hinterlandgames.com and we can take at them to determine why they are no loading correctly.

I moved the folder to another location. I started the game, entered in the sandbox I had saved (I think it just the sync taking place), but the game is running close to impossible.

I'll attach a picture just so you can see. It would not allow me to move the mouse properly and it moves as if it's running at ultra specs, meaning poorly. I can't even get out of the house, when I get close to a door, it should say something, but it does not.
