Just fyi, these were spawned wood, they were there when I arrived. Also... Windows 7 here.

Sorry, let me clarify - The wood you find in the world is placed in the world and then randomly spawns. The issue from the previous thread happened when you harvested a log located on a hill and it spawned wood.
