Holy Interior Illumination and Frame Rate, Batman!

Ok, I have a kinda "don't fix what ain't broke," philosophy as it relates to most things mechanical or electronic that I own, but on a lark, I just decided to upgrade my graphics card and throw in some extra RAM.  I just swapped out a Radeon 6800 series (1 gig of onboard ram) to a Geforce GTX 960 with 4 gigs of onboard ram and all of a sudden I can see indoors amazingly well during the day without the need of a torch or the lantern. I just completed a little loot sweep of the processing plant and actually could see well enough (during daylight hours, of course) to detect subtle color differences, ie, chocolate bar blue vs. granola bar green.  Even picked up the glint of a rifle round in the ambient 'half-light.'

Which now makes me wonder if a lot of player "grumbling" about interior lighting should be more directed at their own hardware config as opposed to the in-game mechanic(s), if that makes sense?   Oh, and my frame rate shot up to 60fps indoors, pretty much double what I was getting before.  Scoop up my chin, but all of a sudden it's like a brand new game.
