Downhill momentum speed exploit

When walking greatly encumbered there is a work-around for the slow trudging walk.  Step up an incline, the steeper the better, then turn around and get the downward momentum speed boost.  Keep walking, don't stop, just change course to wherever you were going and that speed boost stays with you.  

I put the game down for a couple of months and picked it back up again with the latest update.  This is a long-standing issue (no pun intended), but is less exploitable than it used to be.  Obviously it got tuned down, but the exploit is still there.
