Random Starting Region (sandbox)

Right at the beginning when we start a sanbox mode, give us the option to choose a random region to start in. This would further enhance the immersion. Not knowing where we are. Also, spawning in at a random time of day would add to the immersion.

You can already do this. Scroll to the far right when choosing your region, and the option should be there, at least it always has been for me. I also believe you can spawn at evening, dawn, and dusk, and once I think I remember spawning at night. I almost always use the "random" option, so maybe it's something that comes with random.
