floating garbage after breaking down bench

I  was scouting around Mystery Lake looking for the bunker and stopped in at Alan's Cave. I found garbage on a bench inside the hunter's blind, a soda can and a wrapper. I decided to break down the bench in hopes it would get rid of the garbage, and nope. The garbage stayed and then became magical floating garbage!

I'm on Windows 7 PC.

Haha!  I have thought about breaking down those benches to see if I could get that MRE.  Now I know not to waste the time.
