Spider Wolves and Deer

OK, this has moved to the top of my list of unhappy things - its bad enough that deer and wolves can and do go up and down "cliffs" that are impassable for me - but when the wolf brings the deer down on the slope  its unaccesible to me.  Also it sort of falls into the slope so you just see a horn or hoof.

even tried dropping everything just to get a little closer - no joy.  This pic is pre drop Hate wasting bullets on deer and I can't hit a dog house with a bow nevermind a deer

Always force deer to run into a wolf or a dead end. In the latter case it turns back towards you and you can shoot from close range. ^^
