A new map from an unfrozen part of the sea

Maybe we stumble across a section of sea unfrozen near an abandoned icebreaker-ship,find a small boat allowing us to get to an island or several miles up the coast ... Anything so you don't stop making new maps .. Haha

I hope the devs don't stop making new maps! I stumbled across (but not into, not yet) a cave with a transition indicator at the northern waterfall (below the broken bridge) in Desolation Point. I plan to return and explore a little bit when my supply situation is better. But I couldn't help thinking, as I stood gazing at this mysterious entrance, what if it led to some other place to explore!

Funny you should mention that, I made sure the bear was well down the road before I entered.  it went on for ages and turned a corner and a wolf was feasting on a deer carcass.. I panicked threw a flare and legged it ..haha but I'm going back on my next visit as there's bound to be goodies inside ??

Having a row boat in this game has been an idea I had many times.  I imagine a blizzard would turn it over - fun for gameplay don't you think?
